Kovalski Doubles Through Mateos

Level 19 : 7,000/14,000, 1,750 ante
Kovalski vs Mateos
Kovalski vs Mateos

Adrian "Amadi_017" Mateos defended the big blind against a min-raise by Fabiano "Kovalski1" Kovalski and check-called a bet worth 52,500 on the {8-Hearts}{7-Clubs}{3-Hearts} flop. They checked the {8-Spades} turn and Mateos then checked the {9-Hearts} on the river.

Kovalski bet 77,000 for Mateos to move all in with the superior stack, and Kovalski called with the {6-Hearts}{5-Hearts} for a flush. Mateos only had {k-Hearts}{7-Spades} and suffered a major setback.

Chip And a Chair for "SmilleThHero"

SmilleThHero vs Reixach

A raise to 28,000 by "Sintoras" was called by "SmilleThHero" in the small blind and Sergi "srxakgirona" Reixach in the big blind.

On a flop of {j-Diamonds}{4-Diamonds}{2-Spades}, "SmilleThHero" check-raised to 217,000 and Reixach then called all-in for 204,570. "Sintoras" had bet 34,650 and folded against the action.

Sergi "srxakgirona" Reixach: {a-Diamonds}{q-Diamonds}
"SmilleThHero": {k-Diamonds}{8-Diamonds}

The {5-Diamonds} turn instantly locked up the double for Reixach and the {a-Hearts} river was a formality.

Left with a miracle, "SmilleThHero" then ended up all-in the next hand with {9-Spades}{4-Diamonds} and "MaxHendrix" tabled {k-Hearts}{k-Diamonds}. On a board of {q-Diamonds}{9-Diamonds}{4-Clubs}{6-Clubs}{10-Hearts}, the Austrian hit two pair and can still hope of a finish in the money.

Break For the Final 15

Level 19 : 7,000/14,000, 1,750 ante

Tomi "elmerixx" Brouk added some further chips to cement the status as the chip leader and the remaining 15 players then headed into the next scheduled five-minute break.

Huge Double for Brouk

Brouk doubles through Vousden

In a battle of Finns, Samuel "€urop€an" Vousden opened to 30,800 and Tomi "elmerixx" Brouk three-bet to 140,000, Vousden then four-bet jammed for nearly 840,000 and Brouk called with the inferior stack.

Tomi "elmerixx" Brouk: {q-Clubs}{q-Diamonds}
Samuel "€urop€an" Vousden: {k-Hearts}{k-Diamonds}

The {q-Spades}{5-Hearts}{2-Diamonds} flop turned the tides as Brouk pulled ahead with a set, and he remained in the lead on the {j-Clubs} turn and {7-Clubs} river to score a huge double.

Buldygin Eliminated by Greenwood

Sam "Str8$$$Homey" Greenwood made it 28,000 to go from early position and Vyacheslav "VbV1990" Buldygin then three-bet jammed for 220,765 from one seat over. All other players got out of the way and Greenwood instantly called.

Vyacheslav "VbV1990" Buldygin: {8-Clubs}{8-Hearts}
Sam "Str8$$$Homey" Greenwood: {k-Clubs}{k-Diamonds}

Buldygin had one live suit but the {10-Spades}{3-Diamonds}{2-Diamonds} flop crushed that hope and he had one out left after the {5-Diamonds} turn. There was no miracle on the {5-Spades} river and Buldygin headed to the rail.

Alavali Eliminated by Oliveira

Filipe "Zagazaur" Oliveira opened the action with a raise to 29,400 from under the gun and picked up calls from Jargo "bungakat" Alavali on the button and "gcardenas10" in the big blind. On a flop of {j-Spades}{7-Diamonds}{3-Hearts}, the action checked to Alavali and he bet 34,881 for both opponents to call.

On the {6-Diamonds} turn, the action was once again checked to Alavali and he moved all in for the last 183,738. "gcardenas10" called and Oliveira then moved all in over the top to force a reluctant fold.

Jargo "bungakat" Alavali: {a-Diamonds}{a-Spades}
Filipe "Zagazaur" Oliveira: {j-Clubs}{j-Diamonds}

Only the two remaining aces in the deck could help the Estonian but he bricked the {q-Diamonds} river to bow out in 17th place.
