2020 WCOOP
2020 WCOOP

The 2020 edition of the World Championship of Online Poker (WCOOP) is into it's final weekend, and one of the marquee events this weekend is WCOOP-69-H: $10,300 8-Game [High Roller]. The mixed game format forces players to master all forms of poker, with games at all limit types as well as a mix between flop, draw, and seven-card games.

Players start the game with 100,000 in chips, and they'll play eight minute levels through the first two rotations of games. At Level 17, they switch to 10 minute levels for the remainder of the event, with stakes changing throughout to match the game in play.

WCOOP-69-H gets underway at 2:05 p.m. eastern time today, with registration for the two-day event open for just over five hours of play. Day 1 will end when players make the money, with Day 2 resuming on the final day of the 2020 WCOOP, September 21 at 2:05 p.m. eastern time.

PokerNews will be on the virtual floor throughout the tournament, bringing you the exciting action from both days of play. Stay tuned today to find out who makes the money in the 8-game high roller.
