Sandberg Extends his Lead

Level 13 : 1,500/3,000, 500 ante

We are just six eliminations away from the end of this tournament, and the chip leader at that point will take home the trophy, and the Main Event seat that's up for grabs.

Oskar Sandberg from Sweden is currently in the lead with 195,000 chips, after making a nice call against Michael Campos.

The board showed {Q-Diamonds}{9-Hearts}{7-Clubs}{K-Spades} when we picked up the action as Sandberg check-called a bet of 10,000, and the river was the {4-Hearts}.

Sandberg checked again, and called another 12,000 from Campos.

"Good call," Campos said before showing {A-Diamonds}{5-Diamonds}, and Sandberg raked in the pot with {J-Spades}{9-Diamonds}.

Wang Doubles Through Gleeck

Level 11 : 1,000/2,000, 300 ante

From the hijack seat, Melissa Wang raised all in for 21,500. Play folded to Noel Edwards in the small blind, and he tanked for a bit before folding. After he folded, Fred Gleeck quickly made the call with the {A-Hearts}{J-Clubs}. Wang had the {A-Spades}{K-Diamonds}.

The flop, turn, and river ran out {10-Hearts}{8-Hearts}{7-Diamonds}{5-Clubs}{7-Spades}, and Wang doubled up.
