Newman Doubles Through Holloway

Level 25 : 15,000/30,000, 5,000 ante

Jeff Newman moved all in from first position, and Chad Holloway called for 440,000.

Holloway: {a-Spades}{j-Diamonds}
Newman: {a-Diamonds}{k-Diamonds}

Newman said the way Holloway was running he wasn't sure how good he felt but a board of {k-Spades}{4-Spades}{4-Hearts}{3-Hearts}{10-Hearts} offered little in the way of a sweat.

Spurlin Survives

Level 25 : 15,000/30,000, 5,000 ante

Chad Holloway opened to 70,000 under the gun and Jordan Spurlin moved all in for 315,000 from the button. Holloway instantly made the call when the action folded back to him.

Spurlin: {A-Spades}{5-Diamonds}
Holloway: {A-Clubs}{Q-Clubs}

With Spurlin behind, the {10-Clubs}{8-Clubs}{5-Spades} flop put him ahead but gave Holloway additional outs to a club.

The turn of the {8-Diamonds} gave Holloway even more outs as he now could hit any club or queen to win, and a ten to chop.

The river landed the {5-Hearts} and Spurlin doubled to 700,000 with his full house.

James Glen Eliminated in 11th Place ($2,050)

Level 25 : 15,000/30,000, 5,000 ante
James Glen - 11th place
James Glen - 11th place

Loren Cloninger shoved all in from the cutoff. He had about 350,000, and James Glen was thinking in the small blind with a stack in the neighborhood of 300,000.

"Call," he finally said.

Glen: {a-Clubs}{9-Diamonds}
Cloninger: {a-Spades}{6-Spades}

Glen saw a brutal {7-Hearts}{4-Spades}{3-Spades} flop hit the felt, leaving him fading a pile of cards as Cloninger picked up a combo draw. One was the {5-Spades} which arrived on the turn and left Glen drawing dead.

Shiarla Misses Big Draw, Vincent Doubles

Level 25 : 15,000/30,000, 5,000 ante

Eric Shiarla opened the cutoff to 65,000 and Blake Vincent three-bet to 140,000 from the small blind.

Shiarla called, and on a {9-Spades}{10-Hearts}{3-Hearts} flop Vincent would bet 220,000. Shiarla announced he was all in and Vincent called all in for his 610,000 total.

Shiarla: {8-Hearts}{7-Hearts}
Vincent: {J-Clubs}{J-Diamonds}

With Vincent's overpair ahead of Shiarla's straight and flush draw, the turn and river of the {K-Spades} and {7-Spades} would ensure Vincent a huge double to over 1.5 million while Shiarla sunk to under 500,000.

Two Pair for Somerville

Level 25 : 15,000/30,000, 5,000 ante

Loren Cloninger opened to 65,000 in the small blind and Jason Somerville called in the big blind to see a {K-Hearts}{A-Spades}{5-Diamonds} flop fall and both players checked.

The turn landed the {Q-Clubs} and following a Cloninger check, Somerville bet 80,000 and Cloninger called as the river landed the {2-Diamonds}.

Cloninger checked, Somerville bet 105,000 and Cloninger called.

Somerville tabled his {Q-Hearts}{5-Hearts} and Cloninger folded.

Trips for Cloninger

Level 25 : 15,000/30,000, 5,000 ante

Loren Cloninger raised to 65,000 from the cutoff and Jason Somerville called on the button.

The flop landed {A-Spades}{A-Diamonds}{4-Spades} and Somerville bet 50,000 with Cloninger check-calling.

Both players checked the {10-Clubs} on the turn before Cloninger led for 150,000 when the river landed the {6-Spades}.

"I fell like you're an honest guy" announced Somerville before eventually calling.

Cloninger tabled his {A-Clubs}{Q-Hearts} for trips and collected the pot.

Shiarla Doubles Through Vincent

Level 26 : 20,000/40,000, 5,000 ante

Blake Vincent raised to 115,000 in the cutoff and called the subsequent shove of Eric Shiarla, who had 330,000 in the big blind.

Shiarla: {9-Clubs}{9-Spades}
Vincent: {k-Spades}{q-Diamonds}

"Keep 'em low," Shiarla urged. That's exactly what the dealer did for the most part: {3-Clubs}{a-Spades}{6-Clubs}{4-Hearts}{4-Clubs}. The nines were good and Shiarla raked in a double.

"I guess I owed you one," Vincent said.

Paul Sampson Eliminated in 10th Place ($2,050)

Level 26 : 20,000/40,000, 5,000 ante
Paul Sampson - 10th place
Paul Sampson - 10th place

Brian Ebert opened to 95,000 under the gun and Paul Sampson called in the cutoff as the flop fell {Q-Clubs}{2-Hearts}{5-Diamonds}.

Ebert continued for 75,000 and Sampson moved all in for roughly 380,000 with Ebert quickly calling.

Ebert: {7-Hearts}{5-Hearts}
Sampson: {Q-Diamonds}{10-Diamonds}

With Sampson holding the advantage, the {J-Hearts} on the turn opened up additional outs for Ebert, and when the {5-Clubs} completed the board on the river, Sampson was eliminated in 10th place for a $2,050 payday.
