Chorne Shoves on Brooks

Level 4 : 100/300, 300 ante

John Chorne opened for what looked like 1,000 in middle position and Spencer Brooks three-bet to 2,300 from the small blind.

Chorne called and the two took a flop of {10-Clubs}{7-Hearts}{3-Clubs}. Brooks continued for 1,500 and Chorne called to see the {9-Clubs} on the turn.

Brooks slowed down with a check and that opened the door for Chorne to move all in for roughly 8,500. Brooks thought about it for a few beats but ultimately threw away his hand.

Owen Takes It on the Turn

Level 4 : 100/300, 300 ante

Jimmy Cappucci raised to 700 under the gun and Adam Owen called from the hijack. WSOP Circuit ring winner Ashley Sleeth came along from the small blind, the player in the big did the same, and it was four-way action to the {4-Diamonds}{j-Hearts}{4-Clubs} flop.

Three checks prompted Owen to bet 900 and both blinds folded. Cappucci called and the {7-Clubs} peeled off on the turn.

Cappucci checked for the second time and folded when Owen upped his bet to 2,400.
