Dwire Heating Up
Level 13
: Blinds 3,000/5,000, 5,000 ante
Garrett Dwire raised to 10,000 in the hijack and was called by the player on the button and the player in the big blind.
The flop came Q♠J♦3♣, the big blind checked, Dwire bet 11,000, the button folded, and the big blind called.
The 10♣ turn and 7♦ river both went check-check and Dwire tabled the winner with K♣J♠ for a pair of jacks, besting the 10♦9♦ of the big blind who had a pair of tens.
