Simon Takes it on Turn

Douglas Crowe limped from the hijack before Jason Simon made it 1,500 on the button. Scott Ricketts called from the big blind, and Crowe joined the party with a call.

The 2♠9♥Q♦ flop led to a round of checks to bring the J♥ turn.

Ricketts checked again. Crowe chose to take the initiative with a wager of 1,000. Simon responded with a raise to 3,500, which led to a fold from Ricketts.

Crowe gave it some thought before he opted to fold, awarding the pot to Simon.
