Aces for Brackstone
Level 6
: Blinds 400/800, 800 ante
Samuel Brackstone opened to 3,000 before Bill Onley called and Rafael Lopez-Reyes called from the big blind.
The 10♦3♦10♠ flop was checked by Reyes-Lopez before Brackstone bet 2,500. Onley called, but Reyes-Lopez folded.
Brackstone went all-in for 17,100 on the 3♣ turn. Onley made the call and put Brackstone at risk.
Samuel Brackstone: A♥A♠
Bill Onley: 7♦7♥
Brackstone was well in front with his pocket aces and just needed to fade the seven on the river to secure the double.
That is exactly what happened when the K♦ hit the river and awarded Brackstone the double-up.
