Manley Eliminates Sam
Level 13
: Blinds 3,000/5,000, 5,000 ante
Jeff Manley opened to 13,000 from early position before Vannara Sam shoved for approximately 65,000 from the small blind. Manley called and put Sam at risk.
Vannara Sam: J♠J♥
Jeff Manley: A♦K♥
It was a classic race between the pair versus ace-king.
Sam stayed in the lead when the flop came 7♠10♥10♣.
However, Manley would spike the turn when the A♥ peeled, improving him to a pair of aces.
Sam was unable to find a jack on the 4♥ river as Manley scored the elimination.
