Mofield Holds Against Oglesby
Level 14
: Blinds 3,000/6,000, 6,000 ante
Kevin Mofield opened to 14,000 from early position and was called by Roger Foley in the next seat over. Mark Oglesby made it 40,000 on the button, but Mofield countered with an all-in for 111,000. Foley folded, but Oglesby made the call and put Mofield at risk.
Kevin Mofield: A♣A♥
Mark Oglesby: Q♠Q♣
Mofield had the aces, and the flop offered no drama when it came A♦2♦3♠ and gave Mofield a set.
The J♣ turn shut the door on any hope of a miracle comeback before the 6♦ completed the board.
