The flop kept Barraza in the lead, but it gave Starek some additional outs to a gutshot when it came Ax10x3x.
The 10x turn gave Starek some more to work with, as an ace would counterfeit Barraza.
Unfortunately for Barraza, that was what came to pass when the Ax hit the river to give Starek the best hand with queen high.
