Moradi Doubles Through Gilmore

Level 21 : 10,000/20,000, 3,000 ante

Jeremy Gilmore opened for 50,000 and Matt Ellis called in middle position. It was folded to Saied Moradi who moved all in for 226,000 total. Gilmore also moved all in and Ellis got out of the way.

"I've gone out of so many tournaments with this hand," said Moradi as he turned over {J-Clubs}{J-Hearts}.

"You're in good shape," answered Gilmore as he flipped over {A-Clubs}{J-Diamonds}.

"You're going to hit," said Moradi.

He wouldn't though as the board ran out {10-Spades}{6-Hearts}{5-Spades}{2-Hearts}{4-Hearts} to give Moradi the double up.

Gilmore Doubles Through Presley

Level 21 : 10,000/20,000, 3,000 ante

Ryan Tepen opened for 40,000 and Terry Presley called out of the small blind. Jeremy Gilmore moved all in from the big blind for 314,000 total. Tepen quickly folded and Presley counted out the call to see how much he would have left. Having done that he made the call with {2-Hearts}{2-Spades} and was flipping against Gilmore's {A-Clubs}{K-Spades}. It was a flip Gilmore would win as the board ran out {K-Hearts}{Q-Clubs}{Q-Diamonds}{3-Hearts}{Q-Hearts} to double him up to 650,000 in chips. Presley is still sitting with a healthy big stack of 1,225,000 despite the loss.

Murfin Doubles Through Tepen

Level 22 : 12,000/24,000, 4,000 ante

A short-stacked Randy Murfin moved all in first to act from the small blind for slightly more than 200,000. Ryan Tepen was in the big blind and made the call with {A-Clubs}{K-Hearts}. Murfin turned over {K-Spades}{Q-Diamonds}.

The flop came {A-Diamonds}{9-Diamonds}{5-Diamonds} giving Tepen top pair but putting out a flush draw for Murfin.

"Why so many diamonds," said Tepen, half-joking.

The dealer wasn't done with the diamonds as he put out the {3-Diamonds} on the turn. Murfin clapped his hands and the dealer put out the meaningless {Q-Clubs} on the river. Murfin doubled to approximately 500,000 in chips while Tepen dropped to 850,000.

Moradi Doubles Again...

Level 22 : 12,000/24,000, 4,000 ante

We caught the action on the flop with the board showing {K-Clubs}{9-Spades}{5-Hearts}. Dwight Farrell made a bet of 60,000 and was called by Saied Moradi.

The turn was the {10-Diamonds} and Farrell bet 100,000 this time. Moradi moved all in for an additional 470,000 and after getting a count Farrell made the call. Moradi turned over {A-Hearts}{A-Diamonds} and Farrell showed {K-Diamonds}{Q-Diamonds} and asked the dealer for a jack. A queen or king would also give him the knock out but the river would be none of those as it was the {A-Clubs}.

Moradi, who had stood up before the river card was dealt, exhaled and let out a small yes while pumping his fist.

"Nice hand," said Farrell.

"Thank you," responded Moradi who moved to 1,150,000 in chips.

Dwight Farrell Eliminated in 8th Place ($5,290)

Level 22 : 12,000/24,000, 4,000 ante
Dwight Farrell - 8th place
Dwight Farrell - 8th place

Dwight Farrell started things off with an all-in shove for slightly more than 400,000. It was folded to Joel Nimmo who glanced at his cards and said I call. Nimmo flipped over {Q-Clubs}{Q-Spades} and Farrell turned over a smaller pair with his {5-Diamonds}{5-Clubs}.

The dealer put out a flop of {A-Diamonds}{K-Diamonds}{4-Diamonds} giving Farrell a small flush draw. "Noooo," said Nimmo, then asking the dealer for a black card.

The turn was the {6-Clubs} and Nimmo said "that's black."

The river was the {8-Spades} keeping Nimmo in the lead and giving him the pot. Farrell was eliminated in eight place for $5,290.

Ryan Tepen in the meantime cracked the joke of the day here "did you just ask for a big black one?" Nimmo laughed and said "she said it again."

Presley Doubles Through Nimmo

Level 22 : 12,000/24,000, 4,000 ante

Joel Nimmo limped in early position and Terry Presley raised to 85,000. It was folded back to Nimmo who took a few moments before announcing he was all in. He was immediately called by Presley who turned over {A-Hearts}{A-Clubs}. Nimmo had his hands caught in the cookie jar as he sheepishly turned over {8-Clubs}{7-Clubs}.

The flop gave Nimmo four outs to the win as it came {10-Diamonds}{6-Spades}{3-Spades}. The {6-Diamonds} on the turn changed nothing and Presley faded the nines when the river was the {J-Clubs}.

"First time all tournament," smiled Presley when one of his friends on the rail said "I thought you never get aces."
