Krista Lowery Eliminated

Level 20 : 8,000/16,000, 3,000 ante
Krista Lowery
Krista Lowery

Rick Robbins opened to 45,000 in middle position and Krista Lowery made it 120,000 in the cutoff. Robbins called, bringing an {8-Clubs}{4-Spades}{9-Clubs} flop. He checked and Lowery slid 160,000 in.

"All in," Robbins announced.

Lowery sighed and called.

Lowery: {j-Clubs}{j-Hearts}
Robbins: {8-Hearts}{8-Spades}

Robbins had flopped his two-outer and was fading the last two jacks.

"Why do I call when I know what you have?" Lowery said to herself.

Both the turn and river were paint but it was the {k-Hearts} and {q-Diamonds}, and Robbins collected Lowery's 450,000 or so.

"Miracle" for Repp

Level 18 : 5,000/10,000, 1,000 ante
Troy Repp
Troy Repp

Troy Repp checked from the big blind and called 25,000 from an opponent in the hijack on a {7-Diamonds}{q-Hearts}{a-Clubs} flop. The {10-Diamonds} hit the turn and Repp checked again, seeing his opponent slide 55,000 into the middle. Repp moved all in for 130,000 more, and the hijack tanked a couple of minutes and flicked in a chip to signify a call.

Repp: {k-Diamonds}{j-Spades}
Hijack: {a-Spades}{7-Clubs}

"Miracle," Repp's opponent muttered, rising from his seat.

The river was a {6-Spades}, sending the pot to Repp.

Spriggs Busts Berry in Monster Pot to Burst Bubble

Level 15 : 2,500/5,000, 500 ante
Will Berry
Will Berry

Four players saw a {3-Hearts}{9-Spades}{2-Spades} flop and Will Berry bet 26,000 in the cutoff. Rodney Spriggs announced a raise to 63,000 on the button and the two players in between them folded. Spriggs warned Berry not to do anything crazy, but Berry put in 101,000 after a long tank. Spriggs looked over Berry's stack and thought a bit himself before saying he was all in. Berry called.

Berry: {k-Spades}{10-Spades}
Spriggs: {a-Hearts}{9-Clubs}

Spriggs had a lot of outs to fade but top-top held on the {5-Hearts} turn and {6-Hearts} river. Berry's stack was counted down: 213,500. Spriggs had him covered and pumped his fist.

"Nice hand," Berry said.

With that elimination, the bubble burst and players are in the money.

Abernathy Eliminated

Level 14 : 2,000/4,000, 500 ante
Samantha Abernathy
Samantha Abernathy

Samantha Abernathy pushed all in for 28,500 in middle position after an early limp, and Hayward Rigano shoved as well from the button. Everyone else folded.

Abernathy: {10-Hearts}{9-Hearts}
Rigano: {q-Hearts}{q-Diamonds}

Abernathy needed a lot of help and she did flop a gutter on {k-Diamonds}{j-Hearts}{2-Diamonds} but Rigano held two of her outs. The {6-Diamonds} turn was a blank and the {8-Hearts} river ended Abernathy's tournament.

Welcome to Day 2 of RunGood Poker Series Hard Rock Tulsa

Duma Lowery
Duma Lowery

Sixty-four players have made their way to Day 2 of RunGood Poker Series Hard Rock Tulsa. They'll be vying for a first-place prize of just under $34,000 and a $2,000 Blaycation package to the season-ending championship in New Orleans.

A total of 36 runners will be paid, but there's a twist. The unique structure of the prize pool gives away nine such packages to the official final table participants, meaning there's a second bubble of sorts here in Tulsa.

Some of the top contenders today include RunGood Pros Jonathan Gaviao, Duma Lowery, Dan Martin, Ray Henson, Samantha Abernathy, Clint Tolbert, Bryan Campanello, and Ben Reason. Others to watch for: chip leader Schuyler Thornton, Will Berry, AP Phahurat, and Greg Jennings.

The tournament will wind down playing 45-minute levels here on Day 2, beginning with Level 13 (1,500/3,000/500). Breaks will be every three levels and there will be a 45-minute dinner break whenever the final table is reached. PokerNews will be on hand throughout, so don't go away as another RunGood champ is crowned.
