The RGPS Season's First Main Event Starts at 7 p.m.
The first stop of the Run Good Poker Series (RGPS) "Game 7" Season has kicked off strong at the Horseshoe Casino in Tunica. Each event so far has pulled more entries than last season's stop — including a new pot-limit Omaha (PLO) tournament.
This is the first stop on the "Game 7" tour, where each player who wins an RGPS event wins a specially made championship ring made by Signature rings.
The biggest event of the weekend, the $575 Main Event is kicking off Friday night at 7 p.m. with the first of three opening flights. With record numbers so far this stop, the prize pool in the Main should be quite large and give the players a shot at $50K plus payday.
The players start with 20,000 chips and have 12 30-minutes levels to make their way into Day 2. Registration will remain open until the start of level nine.
