Lanes' Flush is the Winner

Richard Lanes limped in middle position, David Begrer called in the hijack, the cutoff raised to 700, and only Lanes called.

Lanes check-called a 700 bet from cutoff on the {7-Diamonds}{2-Diamonds}{q-Spades} flop. Both players the checked the {4-Diamonds} turn.

Lanes bet 5,000 on the {4-Spades} river, and got a call. Lanes tabled {6-Diamonds}{3-Diamonds}, good for the flush. With that pot, Lanes moved to two-times starting stack.

Berger Doubles Through Lanes

Richard Lanes limped in early position, David Berger raised in middle postion, and Lanes called.

All of the chips went in from both sides on the {6-Spades}{a-Hearts}{a-Spades} flop, with Lanes having Berger covered.

David Berger: {k-Spades}{10-Spades}
Richard Lanes: {a-Diamonds}{8-Diamonds}

Lanes' flopped trips were ahead, but the {7-Spades} came in on the turn to bring in a flush for Berger. The river fell {2-Spades}, and Berger collected his chips on the double up.
