Nguyen Falls To Crews

Level 15 : 2,000/4,000, 4,000 ante

Long Nguyen raised in early position to 8,000 and action folded to Casey Crews in the cutoff who three-bet 21,000 which folded the action back around to Nguyen. Nguyen moved all-in for 91,500 and Crews called.

Long Nguyen: {k-Spades}{k-Hearts}
Casey Crews: {a-Spades}{k-Diamonds}

The flop of {q-Clubs}{2-Clubs}{j-Clubs} gave crews additional outs with a gutshot straight draw. The turn of {6-Diamonds} changed nothing, but the river {a-Hearts} gave top pair to Crews and Nguyen wished his table mates good luck as he exited the tournament.

Toorgeman Loses A Flip

Level 15 : 2,000/4,000, 4,000 ante

Haim Toorgeman moved all-in for 70,500 over an early position open and was looked up in the small blind by Antonio Da Silva Alves. The early position opener folded and the cards were turned on their backs.

Haim Toorgeman: {q-Spades}{q-Hearts}
Antonio Da Silva Alves: {a-Clubs}{k-Clubs}

The flop ran out {6-Clubs}{5-Clubs}{9-Clubs} giving Da Silva Alves a flush and leaving little hope for Toorgeman. The turn {10-Hearts} sealed the deal and the river {5-Hearts} was a formality. "We are back in it now!" shouted Da Silva Alves after he collected the pot.
