The opening event attracted a total of 123 entrants to generate a prize pool of $12,300.

The victory marks Osthimer's second-ever live tournament cash, according to The Hendon Mob. His previous cash came in the same casino in June 2021 when he finished eighth in the RGPS $135 No Limit Hold'em - Opening Night Bounty event for $715.
