Bennett Bets Non-Consecutively

Level 15 : 4,000/8,000, 8,000 ante

Blinds: 400-800-800

Roger Bennett raised to 2,000 from the cutoff and saw only the big blind call.

The flop came out {k-Clubs}{j-Diamonds}{a-Diamonds} and the big blind checked to Bennett who continued to the tune of 3,000 which the big blind decided to call.

The turn of {q-Clubs} checked through and the river {a-Clubs} saw the big blind check and Bennett bet once more to the same tune of 3,000. The big blind shook his head and tossed in the call. Bennett turned over {a-Hearts}{9-Spades} for three aces which was good for the pot as his opponent mucked the hand.

Level 15 : 4,000/8,000, 8,000 ante

Blinds: 400-800-800

Steven Rodriguez raised to 2,200 from early position and saw one player defend in the big blind.

On a board of {a-Hearts}{2-Spades}{j-Spades}, the big blind moved all-in for 8,700 and Rodriguez snap-called.

Big blind: {k-Spades}{q-Spades}

The board ran out {k-Diamonds}{8-Clubs} improving the king-queen to no more than a pair of kings and RGPS Deepstack champion added some chips to his growing pile.

Rodriguez has already bagged for Day 2 and has exercised his option to take the best bag forward by playing this flight as well.

Daniel Lowery
Daniel Lowery

Blinds: 500-1,000-1,000

Daniel Lowery called on the button with the small blind checking behind and the big blind checking their option.

The flop came out but the floor was called over because while all the cards were face-down, it became clear to the table that four were put out. The floor picked one of the three cards at random to be the burn card and the hand continued as normal.

The flop came out {4-Hearts}{5-Hearts}{5-Diamonds} which saw action check over to Lowery who moved all-in for 33,000 which elicited two quick folds, giving Lowery the pot.
