Nakagawa and Vang Clash Twice

Level 3 : 100/200, 200 ante
Elisa Nakagawa
Elisa Nakagawa

With the flop reading {9-Diamonds}{7-Hearts}{j-Spades}, Cody Shearer bet 800, and both Tang Vang and John Tarantino called. The action was on Elisa Nakagawa and she moved all in for 9,400.

Shearer mucked and Vang went into the tank before calling. Tarantino got out of the way and Nakagawa was at risk.

Elisa Nakagawa: {k-Diamonds}{j-Clubs}
Tang Vang: {q-Diamonds}{j-Hearts}

Nakagawa held the better hand with a pair of jacks with a king kicker and the {5-Spades} and {2-Spades} rolled off on the turn and river to secure the double for Nakagawa.

On the next hand, Vang limped in from middle position and Nakagawa made it 1,300 from the button. Tang called and the flop came {10-Clubs}{6-Diamonds}{j-Spades}. Tang check-folded to a bet of 2,000 from Nakagawa and she took down another pot.

Troutman Doubles Through Perry

Level 4 : 200/300, 300 ante
Jeffery Troutman
Jeffery Troutman

Jefferey Troutman, Curtis Longman, and Patrick Perry each put in 8,000 preflop and the board came down {q-Spades}{j-Clubs}{3-Spades}.

The action checked to Troutman and he moved all in for 11,700. Perry then announced all in as well with the biggest stack.

"All out," said Longman as he mucked his hand.

Jefferey Troutman: {j-Hearts}{j-Diamonds}
Patrick Perry: {q-Diamonds}{10-Hearts}

Perry had a pair of queens but Troutman had flopped a set of jacks. The turn brought the {q-Clubs} to give Perry trips and some outs, but the river {2-Spades} sealed the double for Troutman with a full house.

Frank Saunders

With a completed board reading {k-Diamonds}{2-Clubs}{6-Hearts}{4-Spades}{3-Hearts}, Zachary Smyth bet 7,000 and Frank Saunders raised to 22,000. Smyth went into the tank.

"Do you have a five," asked Smyth? "I think my hand is too good to fold."
