RGPS Jacksonville $1,200 Main Event $300,000 GTD Kicks off at Noon
Welcome to Day 1a of the $1,200 Main Event at the Jacksonville stop of the RunGood Poker Series(RGPS) hosted at bestbet Jacksonville card room. Cards go in the air at noon local time for the first of three starting flights.
The series is continuing on a string of tour stops that included an event at Graton Resort and Casino in Rohnert Park, California as well as the Horseshoe Casino in Tunica, MS. The tour will continue on to Downstream Casino in Joplin, MO from April 11-16th followed by stops in Iowa, Reno, and Kansas City. RGPS will then take a short hiatus during the WSOP and will roar back with the $1,000,000 Main Event at Thunder Valley in Lincoln, California.
Players will start with 30,000 in chips and registration is open until the start of Level 10. Levels are 40 minutes long and the opening flights will play a total of 14 levels with a one-hour dinner break after level 9.
Players can play in all Day 1 flights, and if a player qualifies from multiple flights their highest stack will remain in play while the other bags will be forfeited. Survivors from the three opening flights will return on Sunday at 12 p.m. for the Day 2 finale and the final table will be live-streamed on YouTube at bestbetLIVE.
