Carolina Terrazas

On a heads-up flop of 692, Carolina Terrazas led out for 45,000 but then big stack Joseph McCaig moved all in to cover her.

Mason Waves Goodbye to His Opponent

Level 9 : Blinds 1,000/1,500, 1,500 ante
Jonathon Mason
Jonathon Mason

Jonathon "JB" Mason opened to 3,000 but was then three-bet to 19,000 by the player in the cutoff, which was a virtual all-in as he only held a single 1,000 chip behind.

Action folded back to Mason who quickly flicked in a chip to call, but did not see that his opponent was not all in yet so the cards were not exposed.

Mason rolled his eyes and tossed out a 1,000 bet to put his opponent all in as the flop came out 425. His opponent made the call and the cards were flipped over.

Opponent: A10
Jonathon "JB" Mason: AK

Mason was already in the lead with his superior ace-king, and the turn K left his opponent drawing dead and the 10 completed the board to award him the pot.

Mason gave his headphone and sunglass-wearing opponent a sarcastic wave goodbye as he exited the tournament area.

After a preflop betting war, Chris Allen managed to get all of the chips into the middle against two opponents, each with stacks of around 30,000.

Player 1: AQ
Player 2: 1010
Chris Allen: 77

Allen was in second place going into this matchup but was quickly demoted to third when the flop came out Q54 when one of his opponents made a pair of queens.

Wildly enough, the board ran out 5J to give Allen runner-runner spades to make a flush, awarding him the substantial pot and scoring him a double knockout. This win boosted him up to around 215,000 in chips and is now sitting with one of the larger stacks in the room.
