The player in early position opened to 2,800 but was then immediately three-bet by Roger Bennett on his left to 7,000. Jeff Tebben in the cutoff called behind but then Jason Hisey moved all in from the small blind for 12,400. Action then folded back around to Bennett, who, after confirming this bet opened it back up, put in a cold five-bet to 55,000.
This brought the focus back to Tebben, who was clearly distraught.
"Ughh, I actually have a hand here, and if it was anyone else I would have raised it," He sighed as he tossed his cards into the muck, and the other two tabled their cards.
Jason Hisey: 9♦9♣
Roger Bennett: A♦K♦
"Yeah that was the best-case scenario," Tebben said and admitted that he folded pocket jacks.
Hisey was a favorite going into this classic flip with his pocket nines, but the flop of A♣7♠6♣ was not his friend as it gave Bennet top pair of aces.
Meanwhile, Tebben was patting himself on the back for making the fold, that is, until the J♦ came down on the turn that would have given him a set.
Then the miracle 9♠ appeared on the river to save Hisey by giving him a set of nines to take the pot for essentially a triple up to 37,000.
"That was your moment!" the table jokingly needled Tebben, who just sat there and shook his head.

Jonathon "JB" Mason opened to 3,000 but was then three-bet to 19,000 by the player in the cutoff, which was a virtual all-in as he only held a single 1,000 chip behind.
Action folded back to Mason who quickly flicked in a chip to call, but did not see that his opponent was not all in yet so the cards were not exposed.
Mason rolled his eyes and tossed out a 1,000 bet to put his opponent all in as the flop came out 4♣2♦5♥. His opponent made the call and the cards were flipped over.
Opponent: A♠10♣
Jonathon "JB" Mason: A♣K♥
Mason was already in the lead with his superior ace-king, and the turn K♦ left his opponent drawing dead and the 10♠ completed the board to award him the pot.
Mason gave his headphone and sunglass-wearing opponent a sarcastic wave goodbye as he exited the tournament area.

After an open to 4,000 by Josh Roberts in late position, Will LeFevre put in a three-bet to 15,000.
Roberts made the call after several moments and the two went heads-up to a flop of 7♦6♣A♥. LeFevre then led out for a big bet of 20,000 and Roberts promptly folded to award him the pot.

Jason Hisey opened to 6,500 and received one call, but then Nick Burris moved all for around 55,000. action folded back to Hisey who tank-called while the other player tapped the table and open folded pocket sixes.
The cards were then tabled, with Hisey at risk of elimination.
Jason Hisey: A♣Q♥
Nick Burris: K♦K♣
Hisey needed some help to stay alive, but the flop of 2♣10♣K♠ put him pretty far behind as it gave Burris top set of kings, although Hisey now could hit a jack for a straight or go runner-runner clubs.
Unfortunately for him, the runout came 2♠7♠ for brick-brick and Burris was awarded the pot.
"Yeah, im kind of a big deal around here," Burris said with a grin as Hisey exited the tournament area.
