The roller coaster ride of KBD05 ended just shy of the final three tables and GAKUMARU suffered the same fate.

In the meanwhile, PINZMAN got it in for 1,235,000 with the K♦K♠ and Jun Obara put him to the test holding the A♠J♥.

The 7♦3♦2♠10♦Q♥ board kept the kings ahead for the double, nearly evening out their staack sizes.

Over on the stage, the six-handed action saw "ruin" all-in with the 7♣7♠ and they were dominated by big stack Masaki with the 10♠10♥. Neither player connected with the 8♥5♠2♣8♦2♠ runout to send ruin out in 24th place.

In a duel small blind versus button, Ryuseiii jammed into hiroto1027 and the latter more than happily called with the K♠K♥. Ryuseiii had one over card with the A♦J♠ and got there right away with the A♠9♥2♥ flop. The 7♦ turn and Q♠ river brought no help and hiroto1027 became the 23rd place finisher.

Over on the main tournament area, early big stack taisyo was all-in for 1,305,000 and had a flip against Bryan Nakamura.

The K♦3♣3♠ flop improved the Day 1a chip leader and Nakamura was vividly demanding for a jack. The request was not fulfilled with the 4♥ turn and 10♦ river, as his stack was cut into more than half.

ryota622 had mistakenly been eliminated earlier in a post but he has actually made the final three tables. He defended the big blind against a button raise by Kanasuke and they invested 450,000 each on the J♦5♠2♥ flop. After the 5♣ turn, ryota622 checked and Kanasuke jammed for the last 950k,000.

The reluctant call by ryota622 followed but his K♦J♥ was in rough shape versus K♣K♥. Nothing changed on the 7♦ river and Kanasuke doubled.

In the next hand, Jun Obara jammed the button and ryota622 called all-in for 490,000 from the small blind with A♦9♥. Obara was pipped with the A♠7♦ and the A♣Q♥9♦2♣6♠ board vaulted ryota622 back into contention.

Souta was all-in and at risk for just over one million chips on the stage with the A♥J♣ and needed help, as Abecky had him covered and revealed the A♦K♣.

The K♣Q♣10♠6♠10♣ board delivered broadway on the flop for Souta and he escaped to trade spots on the leaderboard with his opponent.

Senjyu three-bet jammed his last 580,000 from the big blind with the A♣Q♠ and was called by button raiser mashipi with the A♥A♦.

The J♥8♦3♣ flop had Senjyu on the verge of elimination, but the Q♣ turn delivered two outs for a miracle surprise. However, the 6♦ river was of no help and Senjyu had to settle for 22nd place.

Yusuke Doubles; Then Busts

Yusuke jammed for the last 450,000 from an early position and was called by Bryan Nakamura in the big blind, the latter of which showed J♣10♣. Yusuke was ahead with A♠6♣ and it remained that way on the A♥K♦8♦8♠3♥ board.

Soon after, though, his run came to an end when he jammed a pocket pair into his table neighbour taisyo.

The A♦Q♦4♣2♣3♥ board changed nothing and Yusuke was out in 21st place.
