2025 RGPS Mission RunGood Japan
Only around 80 players remain after the last frantic session at the tables and they will aim to survive another three levels, after which Day 1c will officially conclude. For the time being, there is a short break of 10 minutes before the final push towards the finish line in the penultimate flight.
In the turbo heat 1d, level five has been reached with around 170 entries of which 150 players remain. The total field size has already eclipsed more than 1,400 entries.

The player in the big blind check-called a bet of 25,000 by Morisho on the 7♥4♥3♠9♦ turn and they checked the 8♦ on the river. Morisho had 4♦4♣ for a set and his opponent missed the flush draw with Q♥2♥.
One hand later, they three-bet jammed the rest with K♠Q♠ and aki1022 called on the button with the A♠5♠. The A♣10♠9♦3♦4♦ board kept the ace out in front and reduced the field by one.

John had been working on half a million on the single table up on the feature stage but another contender has just achieved that feat out in the field. Yusuke raised and then looked up a shorter stack with K♥3♥ versus A♦10♣. The K♣J♣7♦4♠6♦ board paired the king to crown a new chip leader.

There is yet another chip leader in town for flight 1c as Kei just earned a massive pot. Until the 7♥5♣2♥9♣ turn, they already had more than 160,000 in the middle and the hijack bet 30,000. Kei jammed for more than 230,000 with the covering stack and received a reluctant call by A♣J♥ for ace-jack high only.
Kei's 10♦10♠ were out in front and the river was a blank to award the biggest pot of the day so far.

Ddong-ee raised from under the gun and then called a check-raise on the A♦K♦7♦ flop by the big blind to 25,000 as they headed to the 2♦ turn. The big blind now check-called for 8,000 and they checked the 3♣ on the river.
Ddong-ee flashed his 10♦10♠ for a flush and the big blind grimaced an "why do you call my raise" as they exposed the A♥7♣ for two pair. He also won the next healthy pot thereafter when his 7♣6♠ in the big blind turned two pair.

Only eight tables remain and the latest all-in showdown saw yukine raise it up and then call a shorter stack with K♥3♥. She placed the chips for a double out after being behind versus A♣10♠ but the J♥J♣9♠K♠9♦ board had other plans.

Right before the blinds went up, one of the largest preflop clashes of the tournament to date had Ryuichiro on the verge of potentially taking over the chip lead for this flight when kumajiro was at risk for more than 230,000.
kumajiro: A♦Q♥
Ryuichiro: A♣K♠
The inferior kicker paired up right away on the Q♣8♥8♠ flop and kumajiro remained ahead throughout the 4♣ turn as well as the 9♠ river to put a huge dagger into the stack of Ryuichiro.
