Jeremy Roenick has an amazing career in hockey beginning with the Chicago Blackhawks in 1988 and retired in 2009 after three seasons with the San Jose Sharks. Today, Roenick has sat down in the $575 Main Event with a $500 bounty on his head. In this hand, Roenick was seated in the big blind. Herbert Johnson started the action with a raise to 300 from UTG. Gregory Emerson and John Yi snap called on Johnson's direct left. Tai Du called from the hijack as did Roenick from the big blind.
Flop:
All five players checked it around.
Turn:
After a check from Roenick, Johnson put out a bet of 600. Emerson and Du tossed their cards away but Yi and Roenick made the call.
River:
Another round of checks ended the action. No one wanted to turn over their cards with the flush and straight draws both getting there but finally Yi turned over for a pair of Aces and the pot.

Action folded around to Todd Comeau in middle position who made it 400 to go. Rollie Fingers on Comeau's direct left quickly called as did only Richard Spirra in the small blind and Samay Bouakham in the big blind position.
Flop:
Spirra didn't hesitate to toss out a 1k chip first to act. Spirra found a call from Bouakham and Fingers.
Turn:
After checks from both Spirra and Bouakham, Fingers took a deep breath and stated "One Thousand." as he tossed out a single yellow chip. Both Spirra and Bouakham followed Fingers' action with calls.
River:
Spirra and Bouakham both checked again and Fingers repeated his previous action with another 1k bet. Spirra slowly tossed his cards forward but Bouakham went into the tank for nearly a minute before tossing in calling chips.
Rollie Fingers:
Samay Bouakham:
Bouakham was able to catch Fingers trying to steal a pot like he used to try to steal second base. Bouakham's single pair was just enough to take down the sizable pot.
