Robert Lucas Eliminated in 11th Place ($366)

Level 19 : 10,000/20,000, 2,000 ante

On the first hand back from the break, Robert Lucas was all in with the {K-Diamonds}{10-Diamonds} against Scott Hosbach's {J-Hearts}{J-Diamonds} and the board ran out {10-Spades}{8-Spades}{2-Diamonds}{5-Hearts}{4-Hearts} to send Lucas to the rail in 11th place. The remaining 10 players are moving to the official final table. We'll have a seat draw and updated counts for you shortly.

Break Time

Level 18 : 8,000/16,000, 2,000 ante

We're on another 20-minute break. With the players coming back to an average stack of 10 big blinds, expect the action to pick up quickly when we return.

Villaincourt, Olshan Eliminated on Money Bubble

Level 18 : 8,000/16,000, 2,000 ante

Two players busted simultaneously moments ago, meaning we won't have any hand-for-hand play in Event #1. We're in the money!

At Table 5, Scott Hosbach limped from middle position and David Villaincourt shoved for around 90,000 from late position. Action folded back to Hosbach and he snap-called.

Villancourt: {J-Clubs}{J-Hearts}
Hosbach: {K-Hearts}{K-Spades}

Hosbach's trap worked, and his kings held up through the {4-Diamonds}{4-Clubs}{8-Clubs}{Q-Spades}{A-Diamonds} board to eliminate Villaincourt.

Meanwhile, Aaron Olshan was eliminated at Table 6. The remaining 12 players are guaranteed $366 with eyes on the $5,233 top prize.

Rasmussen Finds Aces, Busts Napierala

Level 18 : 8,000/16,000, 2,000 ante
Paula Rasmussen
Paula Rasmussen

Blake Napierala moved all in for around 10 big blinds from early position and after Robert Lucas tank-folded, Paul Rasmussen reshoved directly behind for a little more than Napierala had in his stack. Everyone else folded, and Blake discovered the bad news as Paula proudly flipped over her hand.

Napierala: {K-Spades}{10-Spades}
Rasmussen: {A-Hearts}{A-Diamonds}

Although it didn't look promising, Napierala's equity improved with the {3-Spades}{Q-Spades}{2-Diamonds} flop, giving him a flush draw and some life. But the {5-Diamonds} turn and {Q-Clubs} river left him going home empty-handed.

'You had to make me sweat, didn't ya," Rasmussen asked the dealer as she raked in a huge pot.
