Lou Dodaro Eliminated in 10th Place ($470)

Level 25 : 20,000/40,000, 4,000 ante
Lou Dodaro
Lou Dodaro

Lou Dodaro doubled up in one of the first hands of the final table, but he just took a tough beat to Andy Spears to exit in 10th place. Spears opened to 60,000 from the cutoff, and Dodaro shoved for 190,000 from the small blind. Spears called and discovered the bad news.

Spears: {7-Spades}{7-Clubs}
Dodaro: {A-Clubs}{A-Hearts}

Fortunately for Spears, the dealer fanned a {J-Diamonds}{9-Spades}{7-Hearts} flop, giving him bottom set, and the {10-Clubs} turn and {K-Spades} river spelled the end of Dodaro's tournament.

Jeff Kandefer Eliminated in 11th Place ($470)

Level 24 : 15,000/30,000, 3,000 ante
Jeff Kandefer
Jeff Kandefer

Finally, an elimination at Table 1. Jim Burkett opened from early position, Jeff Kandefer shoved for 164,000 more from the button, and Burkett tank-called.

Kandefer: {A-Spades}{J-Clubs}
Burkett: {A-Clubs}{Q-Clubs}

A rollercoaster of a runout showed {A-Diamonds}{9-Hearts}{10-Clubs}{J-Spades}{K-Spades}, giving Kandefer two pair on the turn but Burkett a straight on the river. With that, we're down to our 10-handed final table. Seat draw coming shortly.

Glenn Pawlowski Eliminated in 12th Place ($470)

Level 24 : 15,000/30,000, 3,000 ante
Glenn Pawlowski - 12th Place
Glenn Pawlowski - 12th Place

Action folded to Tom Mistretta on the button and he moved all in for right around 140,000. Glenn Pawlowski, who had been crippled in the hand before, called off for 130,000 from the small blind and then Kevin Volz folded the big.

Mistretta: {a-Clubs}{j-Hearts}
Pawlowski: {j-Diamonds}{10-Diamonds}

Mistretta was well out in front and never looked back as the board ran out {j-Spades}{2-Spades}{5-Clubs}{5-Spades}{q-Clubs}. Pawlowski’s run came to an end in 12th place, for which he will take home $470.

Level 23 : 12,000/24,000, 3,000 ante

Todd Saffron just doubled through Andy Spears with the {A-Diamonds}{7-Hearts} against {7-Clubs}{7-Diamonds}, which, according to Cam Bartolotta, makes it 14 straight double-ups for the short stack at Table 1. Thus, we're still 12-handed.

Chip and a Chair?

Level 23 : 12,000/24,000, 3,000 ante

Jim Burkett was crippled down to 11,000 when his pocket aces were cracked by Todd Saffron's pocket tens, but Burkett has since been building. He tripled up twice back-to-back to get back to 130,000 and is suddenly back in this thing.

Hoss Colao Eliminated in 13th Place ($390)

Level 22 : 10,000/20,000, 2,000 ante
Hoss Colao
Hoss Colao

Hoss Colao shoved his last 90,000 in preflop from late position and Andy Spears called from the blinds. Colao had kicker problems with his {J-Hearts}{4-Diamonds} against Spears' {A-Diamonds}{J-Diamonds}, and the {J-Clubs}{5-Hearts}{6-Hearts}{K-Spades}{7-Spades} board sent Colao to the rail in 13th place.
