Plus, the registration and re-entry period is open until the end of Level 9. It looks like a pretty juicy prize pool will be created by the time that is said and done.

Amherst , NY's Steve Herman and another player both made trip eights. Herman's kicker was better and he doubled up over 20,000.
A minute later, he got it all in with aces versus queens and queen-king. Aces held and Herman has got the chip lead heading into the flight's first break. Alert the Star Destroyer to prepare for his arrival.

Niagara Falls, Canada's Paul Robinson hasn't busted a single player yet, but he's got three starting stacks in front of him.
A series of big hands and big bets has him cruising up to 30,000, without having to show his cards all that often. Mark Roberts is on his direct left, and he's busted at least one player and showed two cards.
Roberts got all this unlucky opponent's chips getting it in with big slick racing jacks and turning the goods. He's another with three stacks headed into Level 6.

Seneca prelim killer Alicia LaPorte Pachla picked up two kings and took them to the streets with early leader Daniel Lopez.
After a series of raises, Pachla got it all in and Lopez doubled her up with sixes. It'll now be the two of them leading going into Level 5.
Hopes are high for all as the board now reads 104 entries and the $10,000 guarantee is officially an afterthought. Big money. No whammies.

Daniel Lopez is off to a blazing hot start.
He picked up aces to win a big pot. Then, the very next hand, Joe Ciffa got the rockets and Lopez made a straight flush to crack them and send Ciffa over to the cage to re-enter.
Speaking of re-entry, there's been more than a few in the first three levels here. Plus, a steady line at registration. The board reads 90 entries so far, and with registration and re-entry available through the first nine levels, there will be zero sweat on the $10,000 Guarantee.
Lopez has the early lead headed into Level 4, where the antes start.
