Joe Ciffa Leads 26 Third Flight Survivors
The third of four starting flights for the 2017 Seneca Niagara Falls Summer Slam $200 No-Limit Hold'em drew 159 entries Saturday, making it the biggest flight so far.
With that, the total entries has reached 378 and the $50,000 guarantee has been officially demolished. Plus, there's still one flight to come tonight beginning at 6 p.m. local time.
They played the full 14 levels in this flight and some 26 players survived. That makes it 57 through to Sunday's Day 2 so far.
This afternoon, Joe Ciffa grabbed the lead late. He'll take a little over 260,000 into the play down to a champion Sunday. Mark Roberts retains the overall lead, coming out of the first flight with over 300,000.
