The Feature Event Begins Today!

The 2017 Western New York Poker Challenge Warm-Up event kicked off yesterday morning, but the feature event is today! With $50,000 guaranteed in the prize pool and a $600 buy in, you can bet the Seneca Niagara Poker Room will be full to the brim with players from near and far.

Play begins at 11:00AM and registration will be open until the end of level eight with unlimited re-entries. Players begin the day with 30,000 chips and will play as many 40-minute levels as it takes to crown a winner!

The last of this Warm-Up weekend will end tomorrow with $10,000 guaranteed for a buy in of $150. If that isn't enough, there is also a $145 satellite at 6:00PM with five seats guaranteed into the $1,000 Main Event held on April 7th!

As the dealer was putting out the flop Rivera said, "You gotta win those flips!"

The flop and turn were of no help, but an ace from space came down on the river and Rivera took down the pot, sending his opponent to the rail.
