Murray Ships a Monster

Level 7 : 250/500, 50 ante

Andy Spears opened to 1,200 from early position and three players called before the action got around to Matt Murray in the big blind. Murray three-bet to 3,700 and nobody folded.

The flop came down {k-Clubs}{j-Clubs}{9-Diamonds} and Murray continued for 5,000 which got rid of three opponents but the player on the button tagged along. The {2-Diamonds} hit the turn and Murray fired 12,000. The player on the button shoved for 39,625 and Murray made the call with a bit more behind.

Matt Murray: {a-Diamonds}{k-Diamonds}
Opponent: {8-Clubs}{7-Clubs}

Murray would improve to a flush when the {4-Diamonds} peeled off on the river and collected the 100k pot.

Level 7 : 250/500, 50 ante
Ira Basil (From a previous event)
Ira Basil (From a previous event)

Joe Rowe's open to 1,100 under the gun was called by Ira Basil in mid position and Leon Martin in the big blind. The flop came down {6-Diamonds}{9-Diamonds}{10-Diamonds} and Martin took the lead, firing 2,500. Rowe folded but Basil made the call.

The {j-Clubs} hit the turn and Martin continued for 3,500. This time, Basil raised to 10,000 and Martin flatted. Martin moved all in when the {10-Spades} landed on the river and Basil snap-called.

Martin turned over the {k-Diamonds}{10-Spades} for trips but Basil had flopped a flush with the {q-Diamonds}{7-Diamonds} and Martin was forced to slide over 33,800 more.

Nuss Shoves the River

Level 5 : 150/300, 25 ante

About 30,000 had piled up in the middle of three-way board reading {8-Spades}{5-Spades}{7-Hearts}{2-Diamonds} when Eric Nuss bet 13,000 from late position. The player in early position check-called and Henry Zou check-folded.

The {3-Hearts} completed the board on the river and after another check in front of him, Nuss moved all in and his opponent quickly folded.
