The third and final flight of the $200,000 guaranteed Summer Slam 2018 Main Event headlines the Saturday action at the Seneca Niagara poker room. Day 1c kicks off at 11 a.m. with 15 40-minute levels on the agenda.
Through the first two flights, a total of 263 entries have been received. The prize pool currently sits at $140,310 and just 49 players have made it through to Day 2 with their sights set on a slice of the big money.
Players will start with 30,000 tournament chips and blinds will increase every 40 minutes. Registration and unlimited re-entries are available until the start of Level 11 with each Day 1 flight playing 15 levels or until the field is reduced to 12%. Players may play in any flight but only their largest stack will carry over into Day 2.
Former champions of the event include Blake Napierala (2017), Russ Campanella (2016), William Liang (2015), and Buck Ramsay (2014). Napierala and Ramsay have already bagged a healthy stack and will look to repeat on Sunday.
