Therme took some time for thought, before four-bet jamming for 380,000, just covering Said. Said didn't take long before making the call.

Miguel Avellana has taken another hit after coming off worst in a button versus big blind spot against Thibaut Thevent.

With 42,000 in the middle on a flop of J♠9♣6♥, Thevent check-called in the face of a bet of 20,000 from Avellana.

The same pattern followed on the 5♠ turn, this time in respect of a bet of 45,000 from Avellana.

Avellana could not find a triple-barrel on the 6♣ river, which was checked through, and he had to muck when Thevent tabled Q♦J♥ for top pair jacks.

Luca Ittiresu opened to 16,000 from early position, and received calls from Miguel Avellana in middle position, and Thibaut Thevent in the hijack.

On the K♦10♦6♦ flop, Ittiresu continued with a bet of 11,000, which only Avellana called.

The A♣ hit on the turn, and Ittiresu fired once more with a bet of 35,000. Avellana called after a great deal of thought.

The A♦ river was an action card, but was checked through. Avellana mucked when Ittiresu showed A♥10♣ for the full house.

Nuno Morais is a man who enjoys playing big pots, and the all-action Portuguese found himself in another tough spot here versus Dumitru Straistari.

At least 145,000 was in the middle, and the board read J♥5♦2♦2♣, with Straistari in the hijack and Morais on the button.

Straistari jammed for around 115,000, and Morais, who had around 110,000 behind, went deep into thought.

He once again looked like he really didn't want to fold, but ultimately reluctantly sent his hand to the muck.
