Hertzog Wins Another Showdown Pot
Level 12
: Blinds 2,000/3,000, 3,000 ante
On the river of a K♦9♠5♥5♦7♥ board, Robert Hertzog had a bet worth 15,000 paid off and showed his 5♣2♣ for trips. That won the pot as the Dane retained his large stack.
Ahmed Karrim could all but smirk, as he was sitting on a fraction of Hertzog's large stack in the one seat, witnessing the betting carnage left and right.
