Kosta Kotsikaris won three big pots early in the day and the last one saw the elimination of Anders Hellstrom in a preflop contest.

Hellstrom got it in with the J♣J♦ only to run smack dab into A♥A♣. There was no upset on the 10♥7♠3♥10♦7♣ to send the Swede to the rail.

At the same time one table over, Warren Zackey check-raised the A♥J♠10♦ flop and jammed the 9♣ turn for 68,000. Jehan Richards reluctantly called and was shown the A♣J♦. Richards shook his head and flashed the K♣K♦, needing a king or queen to score the knockout.

The river was the 7♦ and Zackey doubled to leave Richards short.
