Joining the action on the Q♥4♥2♣4♣ turn, Sugen Singh checked out of the small blind. Russel Wheatley bet 3,000 on the button only for Singh to make it 10,000 to go. Wheatley used one time bank extension and then folded.
"I was hoping you had a queen, I had ace-queen," Singh mentioned in the table chat. Wheatley had around 30,000 chips left after the hand but was eliminated by Howard Lipman soon after that at the end of the level.

Samuel Tebege checked the A♠10♦3♦ flop and called a bet worth 2,000 by Muzey Gothey from one seat over on the button. The same action repeated on the 2♣ turn for 7,000 and Tebege checked the Q♣ on the river.
Gothey now sized up to 20,300 and Tebege folded eventually.

"Nobody believes me," Merwan Corront joked when he min-raised a bet of 6,000 by Joe Rahme to 12,000 on the J♥7♠3♠A♠7♣ river while on the button. Rahme went into the tank and Corront started some table chat, guessing the hand of his opponent for "ace-queen with the queen of spades."
"I have an ace ... no spade," Rahme replied. He used one time bank and eventually folded the A♦K♦ face-up. Corront flashed only his 2♠ before collecting the pot.

Alvin Pillay bet the K♦K♣J♣ flop for 5,000 and then called all-in when Nick Sissou raised to 30,000 from two seats over.
Alvin Pillay: A♣8♣
Nick Sissou: A♠K♥
Both had tangled several times in the first three levels and Pillay apologised in advance for hitting a club. The club came but only after the 3♠ turn and 3♣ river as Sissou improved to a full house.

With four active players and Sugen Singh all-in out of the big blind without having looked at his cards, the flop showed 5♥5♦5♣. The button bet 3,000 and received two callers including Okkie Fourie, who had taken all but the last few chips of Singh before the break.
On the J♥ turn, it checked to Fourie and his bet of 6,000 isolated.
Sugen Singh: 9♠4♣
Okkie Fourie: Q♠J♦
Singh was drawing dead ahead of the 7♠ river to hit the rail.
