On a heads-up flop of A♦Q♠3♦, Wesley Blom check-called for 7,000 and led the 6♠ turn for 12,000. Dean Hutchison raised after using a time bank and they got it in thereafter. Blom was holding the A♠A♥ and Hutchison's 3♠3♣ couldn't catch the one outer on the J♠ river.
Hutchison then tangled with Caleb October when the latter check-called the Q♣7♥5♥ flop for 20,000 and the 9♣ turn for 67,000. October checked the 9♦ river and Hutchison jammed to force out October.
