Mike Cupido made it 225,000 to go with the K♦Q♦ and was called by Jon Persent from the cutoff with J♦10♦ as well as Alexandre Blanc out of the big blind with 8♠6♠. On the Q♥8♣3♠ flop, only Persent called Cupido's bet of 375,000 which led them to the 2♦ turn. Cupido now bet 1,025,000 and that was too much for Persent.
