Kinesh Pather raised to 8,000 and Cliton Taliwanth in the small blind called, as did new arrival James Adey in the big blind as the shortest stack. Taliwanth checked the Q♥9♦8♥ flop and Adey jammed for 37,000, Pather folded and Taliwanth called.

Both had a piece of the board and Taliwanth remained ahead throughout the J♠ turn as well as the 5♠ river.
Gavin Sardini limps in and Bradley Moore on the button raises small to 7,000, which got the blinds to fold and Sardini called.
The K♥10♠9♠ flop brought a check of Sardini, who then called Moore's bet of 12,000. Both checked the 9♦ turn and J♣ river for Sardini to table his 8♥7♥. Moore exposed his 4♠4♥ before sending them to the muck.
"I was gonna lose so many chips to you, I had king-eight," big blind Jaco Mouton mentioned and then added "I was not gonna beat that much but you are not folding up and down."
Soon after that hand played out, Nic Ioannoy was knocked out by JS to reduce the field to the final 14 hopefuls.
Nico Wiechers raised from under the gun for 7,000 and then jammed into the three-bet worth 20,000 by Cliton Taliwanth in the big blind, who instantly called.

The A♦K♦8♦3♣3♠ flop was no threat for Taliwanth, who doubled with aces full for 103,500. Wiechers had two blinds remaining and busted in the very next hand.
JS raised and KM then three-bet in the next seat. Only Jamie Vilela in the small blind called the three-bet and they checked the Q♥8♥4♦ flop. After the 6♦ turn, Vilela checked and KM bet 25,000. The check-shove by Vilela for around 125,000 followed and KM snap-called.
Vilela rolled over the 8♣8♦ for a flopped set of eights. However, he was down to a single out as KM had slow-played Q♦Q♠ for top set. The river was the 7♠ and Vilela was knocked out. "I thought you had ace-queen," he said rather depleted.
Nico Wiechers had previously doubled while Nic Ioannoy slipped down the pecking order.
Ioannoy it was then who jammed the 9♣7♦6♦Q♠ turn for 38,000. Kinesh Pather reluctantly folded and flashed an ace, while Ioannoy announced a straight. He then revealed K♥10♥ and declared "it was coming".
Three ways to the 10♣3♣2♠4♦ turn, Jonathan Hoal checked and Cliton Taliwanth in the big blind bet 6,500. It folded back to Hoal and he called. The river was the 3♠ and Hoal checked. "You didn't call with a five?" Taliwanth asked and checked it back.
"Pair of sixes," Hoal replied and tabled his 6♦6♥, which won the pot.

Nico Wiechers made it 5,500 to go and was called by Nic Ioannoy. Dirk Steenkamp then jammed for 46,000 in the small blind and Kinesh Pather reshoved in the next seat, forcing out Wiechers and Ioannoy.

"Hold ... hold!" Pather demanded and got his wish granted on the K♣5♦3♠3♥9♥ runout.
Jaco Mouton raised to 6,000 and Huawei Sun called in the next seat. James Adey then jammed for 28,500 in the cutoff and Jaryd jardien on the button reraised to 65,000. Mouton reluctantly folded, Sun also quickly let go.
"I hope you have at least kings" Mouton told Jardien and then added an "oh fuck" when he saw the A♠Q♥. Adey was at risk with the A♦2♦ and escaped on the 9♣5♦2♥J♠6♦ board.
Mouton groaned "I had pocket jacks".
Three ways to the A♠Q♥10♠ flop, only Gavin Sardini in the big blind check-called for 7,500 when Huawei Sun bet on the button. They checked down the 6♠ turn and 4♣ river for Sardini to win the pot with A♣8♦ for top pair.
