Decamps Hits the River
Level 6
: Blinds 500/1,000, 1,000 ante
Florian Decamps opened to 2,000 from early position and was called by Adria Diaz on the button and both players in the blinds.
Decamps continued for 2,500 on 2♦10♠J♣ but Diaz raised to 6,200. The blinds folded and Decamps called.
Decamps checked the 2♥ turn and Diaz fired a second barrel to 6,600. Decamps went deep into the tank and made the call.
The Q♠ river was checked by both players and Decamps revealed K♣Q♥ for top pair. "Lucky river," Diaz told him.
