Chanderson Shows Down a Winner
Level 9
: Blinds 800/1,600, 1,600 ante
Faraz Jaka opened to 3,600 in middle position and Paul Chanderson defended his big blind to see the 8♣4♦9♣ flop.
Chanderson checked to Jaka, who continued for 6,500. The call was made to the 10♣ turn, where both players checked. Another pair of checks followed the 10♥ river and Chanderson tabled Q♦8♦.
"Pair of eights?" asked Jaka, as he mucked and saw the chips sent to the other end of the table.
