Bello Dodges the Flush Draw

Level 21 : Blinds 15,000/25,000, 25,000 ante

Frank Brannan opened from under the gun, making it 50,000 to go with K7. Elvyn Bello called on the button with A9 and Michael Nia came along holding 105 in the big blind.

The dealer fanned out the QA3 flop, where Nia checked and Brannan fired 100,000 into the middle. Bello slid in the call and Nia got out of the way.

Brannan fired again on the 8 turn, this time for 250,000. Bello asked for a count of Brannan's stack and made the call.

The 6 river saw both players check it down, with Bello's pair of aces scoring a nice pot.
