Action continues at the 2025 LA Poker Classic, as players have another chance to bag a stack in the $10,000 LAPC Main Event. Saturday’s opening flight saw 26 players advance from a total of 47 entries, leaving the prize pool already well over $400,000 to this point.
Day 1b will get underway this morning at 11:00 a.m. local time, with many notable names expected to take their shot at The Commerce Casino & Hotel.
Two-time WSOP bracelet winner Taylor Paur collected 326,800 chips through the opening flight, setting the pace before Day 2 begins on Monday.

Players will once again start with 60,000 chips when the second flight kicks off at 11:00 a.m. with blinds of 100/200 and a big blind ante of 200. Another six 90-minute levels are on the schedule, with 15-minute breaks in between.
Only one entry per day is available, including Day 2, as late registration does not close until the start of Level 8 on Monday afternoon.
All surviving players from both opening flights will combine, along with any new entries for a further six levels of action before bagging for Day 3.
