Flynn Wins Battle of the Big Stacks

Peter Flynn opened to 125,000 under the gun and was called by Callum McCuaig in the small blind and Florian Duta in the big blind.

On the J♦5♥9♠ flop action was checked to Flynn, who continued with a bet of 150,000. McCuaig folded and Duta called.

On the 9♣ turn Duta checked to Flynn, who continued with the aggression, putting out a bet of 325,000. Duta briefly pondered his options before folding.

Turaliyev had missed his flush draw and Wright's pair of nines were good enough to take the pot, leaving Turaliyev with crumbs.

Picking the action up on a board of K♣K♦J♦2♦5♠ and with about 1,300,000 in the pot, John Bradley checked in the big blind to Florian Duta on the button.

Duta put out a bet of 975,000 which Bradley quickly called.

Duta showed A♠K♠ for a set of kings, but Bradley showed 10♦8♦ for the ten-high flush, allowing him to scoop a substantial pot.

Boyle Hits River to Take Huge Pot

Picking the action up on a board of 4♣10♦2♣8♣ with around 2,000,000 in the middle, Sunil Mistri fired out a bet of 550,000 and was called by Scott Boyle.

The river brought the 9♣ and Mistri took a timebank before deciding to put out a small bet of 375,000.

Boyle considered his options before reaching for chips, producing a three-bet to 1,800,000, leaving himself not much behind.

Mistri went into the tank but eventually opted for the call. He was shown the bad news as Boyle turned over A♣K♠ for the rivered nut flush, with Mistri mucking his hand in disgust.

Boyle scooped a huge pot to push him over the eight million mark.
