The action kicked off with an open raise to 125,000 by Clive Kikia with the K♦Q♦ and Sugen Singh three-bet to 500,000 with the A♣Q♣. It folded to Marko Nortje, who had a stack of 700,000 on the button with J♠J♥. Nortje used one time bank extension and glanced at the tournament info screen.

No decision was made during the 25 seconds and Nortje used another two time banks, then folded. It came back to Kikia, who also sent his suited broadway connectors into the muck.

He asked for an exact count and got away from his dominated pocket pair which he showed, since Britz had played very few hands on this final table.
