Hyman Runs Bad Early On
Level 19
: Blinds 5,000/10,000, 10,000 ante
"Terrible. Jacks against ace-king and then jack-ten to pocket eights," Jonathan Hyman said on his way to the payout desk. The last chips went in with J♥10♦ and he flipped versus Alvin Pillay with the 8♥8♠.
The A♥Q♣5♦3♥4♥ board changed nothing and Pillay scored his first knockout of the final day.
