Straight Flush on Board Leads to Fireworks

Level 3 : 200/300, 300 ante
Matthew Wantman

Action came in on the flop as it read {4-Hearts}{5-Hearts}{6-Hearts}. Matthew Wantman bet 2,000 from under the gun, Philip Shing called in the cutoff.

The turn was the {7-Hearts} to put four to a straight flush on the board. Both players checked it.

The river was the {3-Hearts} to complete the board straight flush, a few of the players at the table started to chuckle a bit at the board run out as Wantman reached deep and bet about 17,000, Shing called quickly.

Wantman rolled over what the people wanted to see the {8-Hearts} along with the {8-Spades} while Shing held up the {a-Hearts}{k-Hearts} in front of him in the air showing everyone and giving a bemused smile as all he could do was cut away his chips thanks to the huge cooler.

Table 41 continued to be the action table as there was another cooler in progress as Matthew Wantman had the {k-Diamonds}{k-Hearts} against the {q-Diamonds}{q-Spades}.

The board was already displayed as it read {8-Spades}{3-Spades}{8-Hearts}{q-Clubs}{4-} as Peddi had turned a third lady to take down the kings of Wantman and take back some chips that he has previously won.

Long Busts Madrigal

Level 4 : 200/400, 400 ante

The distinct booming call of "all in" by one of the dealers was heard as Jacob Long moved all in preflop and was called by Alejandro Madrigal who had a slightly shorter stack.

Long had the {q-Spades}{q-Hearts} up against the {a-Clubs}{q-Spades} of Madrigal.

The board ran out {8-Spades}{k-Spades}{4-Diamonds}{9-Hearts}{5-Clubs} and Madrigal lost all of his chips.
