Gary Thompson raised to 4,000 in early position and Dong Chen three-bet to 14,000 on his left. The action folded back to Thompson who called to see a flop of Q♠Q♥3♥. Thompson checked to Chen who bet 8,000 and Thompson folded.
On the next hand, Quan Zhou raised to 3,500 in the cutoff and Dominik Nitsche reraised to 14,000 from the big blind. Zhou called and the dealer fanned the flop of Q♣8♥3♥.
Both players checked and the Q♥ paired the board on the turn. Nitsche checked again and Zhou tossed in a bet of 16,000. Nitsche check-raised to 40,000 and Zhou just called.
The river was the A♣ and Nitsche checked once more. Zhou made a bet of 28,000 and Nitsche looked him up. Zhou flipped over Q♠Q♦ for quads and Nitsche conceded the pot.
