Friedman's "Reentry Call" is Correct

Mike Ermie raised to 900 from middle position and Adam Friedman three-bet to 2,000 from the hijack. Rick Terrill then four-bet all in from the cutoff for 9,675. Ermie folded and Friedman immediately began to verbally analyze the hand.
Friedman's "want action?" was met with a quick "every day" from Terrill. Friedman continued to talk his way through things, eventually calling, noting "if this wasn't a reentry I would probably fold." Terrill slow rolled the inferior 
one card at a time and Friedman was relieved to see his 
ahead.
The board ran out 
as Terrill was eliminated and Friedman's second bullet is still in the chamber.
