Mader Makes a Huge Fold

On a board of , Phil Mader was facing a bet of 40,000 from Chance Langeness.

"You got ace-king?" Mader asked with a smile. He took a deep breath and leaned back in his chair, continuing to think.

"I'm gonna fold a king," Mader said finally. "A good one, too."

He flashed a king as he mucked.

"Show a heart," someone said.

Langeness said he checked to see if he had a heart to show, but he didn't. He flicked his cards to the dealer.
